Welcome to Second Grade! Get ready to have an unforgettable year!

I'm excited to begin my 19th year of teaching in Coweta County. In 2001, I graduated with a B.A. in Early Childhood Education at Georgia Southern University. In 2018, I earned my Masters Degree in Elementary Education. My Mathematics Endorsement is for grades K-5 and I'm currently taking a virtual teacher training course through West GA RESA. Science and STEM keep me striving to learn and integrate technology in innovative and fun ways for children. My classroom motto is "This is our MERRY place". While my number one priority is to create an exciting approach to learning, I also take extra steps to stay in constant positive communication with parents and guardians.
